Aloha Holistic Therapies has been passionately practicing in Holistic Massage Therapies since 2008 adding in TCM Orthopedic Acupuncture along the way & most recently Yoga & Yoga Nidra Guiding to the soothing sounds of the Singing Bowls.

There is also an offering to combine both if you are looking to heal an injury or work a little deeper into the muscles and tissues.
If you feel like your body is lacking in movement or again there is areas you are looking to heal on a deeper level, Yoga 1:1 sessions, Yoga Classes welcome you along.
Use of the singing bowls is intergrated for maximum effect :) If you are looking to find peace of mind, heal old stuck energy then Yoga Nidra may be just for you.
